If you have come to this site on a web search for beauty or weightloss products -- please do not call us to ask about those products. We do not sell them!

We recently have been receiving many phone calls and emails from people who read posts about a particular product on these discussion boards, and then call us because they think we may somehow sell or be involved with that product.

We only sell Lamas Beauty shampoos and skincare products. For a listing of products we sell, please visit our homepage.

Please do not call us about other products that people may talk about on these discussion boards. Our Customer Service department will not be able to discuss any products with you other than Lamas Beauty products. While people here may discuss or express opinions about other beauty or weightloss products, we have no information or connection with any products but our own, so please do not call us about those other products.

Thank you.

Teresa, I am so sorry to hear you have to deal with type of color issues as this can most difficult. What you must be certain of is that the stylist you are meeting with at the end of the month is an experienced color corrector. There is a big difference in a good colorist and a color corrector and under the circumstances you donít want to mess around with a colorist that might be guessing. Ask the stylist if they are in fact trained with color correcting, if not keep searching until you find someone that is, or tell me the city in which you live as I might have a recommendation.
There is a true science to coloring and even more so when color correcting, it sounds like you are dealing with brassy effects from the last dye and this needs to be corrected before adding in any other colorants. I canít stress enough about the importance of finding a color corrector...not just a more expensive stylist. In regard to the damage your hair is under. I highly recommend you consider the Rescue Deep Recovery hair masque; this will help restore your hair to a healthier stage. I have attached a link below and only hope this can be of help to you.
I know it must be difficult dealing with this daily but you must avoid trying to fix it yourself, or using any store bought colorants, and find a true color corrector that can help you. I am confident you can get your color back and what you want to tell them is exactly what you have posted here. Please keep me posted.
