I am going to have to agree with Crimbil a surgical procedure may be the way to go. Apparently you are in need of something to remove your southern neighbors or you wouldn't have been here. The only "pro" associated with you has the words "vita c" after it. Good luck with your anal problems, the good news is you will be face-down in the mud and not on your arse very soon. Don't worry, you can ask them to remove your butt riders when you arrive at the Elisian Fields. Tell them we send our regards, but won't be arriving for awhile yet.
